1. For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Processed

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

• Fulfillment of legal obligations required by legal regulations.
• Providing operational activities, software, and outsourcing services.
• Determination, planning, and implementation of our commercial policies.
• Customizing and recommending our products and projects according to your tastes and needs.
• Providing effective customer service, resolving requests and complaints.
• Planning and auditing of information security processes.
• Follow-up of finance, accounting, and legal affairs.

2. Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes

Your personal data may be transferred within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law;

• Determining and implementing commercial strategies,
• Ensuring the legal and commercial security of persons in business relations,
• Carrying out human resources policies;

To our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

3. International Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to foreign countries with adequate protection for the purpose of customizing the services offered and determining commercial strategies, in cases where your explicit consent exists or within the framework of the special conditions regulated in the Law.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Reason

Your data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through channels such as our offices, website, call center, or social media. The data collected in this process is stored in accordance with the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

5. Your Rights as Data Owner (Article 11)

Pursuant to the Law, you can apply to Güryap Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. the following rights:

• Learning whether your data is processed and requesting information.
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.
• Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of data.
• Objecting to a result against you as a result of analyzing data with automated systems.
