Founded in 1998, Akın Construction Tourism and Petroleum Trade Ltd. Co. started its business life with activities in Construction and Real Estate Project Development, and has crowned its success and experience in the sector with a new identity.
In 2021, the company underwent a title change and continues its activities as Güryap Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. Güryap Gayrimenkul Yatırım has signed off on many successful investments and projects that have made a significant impact both in Turkish and globally by integrating R&D, innovation, and a young workforce into its deep-rooted sectoral experience.
We take pride in having managed a portfolio of over 200 Million Dollars to date and having fully delivered 300,000 m² of residential and 85,000 m² of office space.
